Lumina Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Sety mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information — your email address and optional display name when you create an account
• Workout data — workout templates, completed workouts, personal records, body measurements, and exercise history that you log in the App
• Partner activity — workout partner requests you send or receive, templates and personal records you share with partners

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version, collected by Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes
• Crash reports — stack traces and device state at the time of a crash or error, collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics
• Push notification token — a device token used to deliver push notifications, stored in our database if you grant notification permission

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your location
• We do not collect payment or financial information
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Sync your workout data across devices
• Enable the Workout Partners social feature (finding partners by email, sharing templates and PRs)
• Send push notifications for partner activity (requests, acceptances, shared content)
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs using Firebase Crashlytics
• Respond to your support requests

3. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, including:

• Firebase Authentication — manages your account credentials
• Cloud Firestore — stores your workout data and profile information
• Firebase Crashlytics — stores crash and error reports

Firebase is operated by Google LLC. Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centers. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time using the "Reset Data" option in the App's settings.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Workout Partners — your display name and email are visible to users you connect with as workout partners. You control who you connect with.
• Service providers — we use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure. Google processes data on our behalf in accordance with their data processing terms.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we will send push notifications for partner activity such as new partner requests, accepted requests, and shared content. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

Push notifications are delivered via the Expo push notification service and Apple/Google delivery infrastructure.

6. Children's Privacy

Sety is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please delete all data on the account through the "Delete Account" button. This will delete all data associated with this account.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion — delete your workout data at any time via "Reset Data" in Settings, or delete your account entirely by using the "Delete Account" button.
• Correction — update your display name or email through the App.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Firebase App Check to verify that requests to our database come from legitimate versions of the App. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
